Everyone loves good food right ? I'm someone who takes pictures before dining if it's a good food so i thought , maybe i should share with you all ! So if you're looking for places to eat good food , why not take some time viewing this page , maybe you'll get something that's appealing to you too !

Are you a western food lover ? Do you want to pamper yourself to some good food sold in the kopitiam [ also known as coffee shop ] which was also affordable and delicious ? Here's a great chance !

1. You get to enjoy good food

2. It's of a serving size that will fill your tummy , so you wouldn't feel as though you've wasted your money and still being hungry .

3. It's affordable [ unless you are really poor to the point you can't afford a packet of chicken rice , there are people like this ]

4. The waiting time wasn't at all long [ it's usually not more than 30minutes ]

It's so delicious that it's not what words could easily describe but do give it a try for yourself and probably your family ! Who say kopitiam is for poor people or who says kopitiam cannot have good food and not just it's affordable and delicious but it's also good if you are an active instagrammer who take pictures of every meals you've had #foodporn .

Overall , there's a huge variety of food ranging from seafood to desserts . According to my siblings , the quality of food and service wasn't as good as before . The crabs wasn't as fresh . However , i would like to recommend their herbal soup as it was really delicious as well as the prawns . The carbonara was rather small in serving but it was quite delicious and that they have a variety of desserts to choose from in case you are a dessert lover .

That's roughly all i can describe but do give it a try because different people have different likings . You are recommended to reserve a place before going as it's always packed with people queueing . For more information , view here .

Crispy Beancurd

Price: Small ($8), Medium ($10)

This dish is crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. It has very little oil even though it's deep fried. Despite the simple ingredients, it was full of flavour! Dip it in the sauce you love and it'll be even better.

Salted Egg with Pork Ribs

Price: Small ($15), Medium ($20)

Even though I found it slightly greasy, it wasn't the nauseating kind. The meat was well cooked, the presence of the salted egg enhanced the taste. I'm actually that kind of person who don't really like salty egg food but this was still acceptable for me for it tastes nice .

Mushroom and “Bai Bai” vegetables

Chilli Crabs

This is one of Mellben's signatures. The spiciness wasn't overwhelming, the meat was a lot [ just look at how fat it is ] . Also, fried buns are a must to enhance the flavour!

Butter Crabs

For those who can't take spicy food, you can try this !!!

The buttery texture made the crab tastes even better . Not a fan of butter (fattening), but I found myself licking the buttery sauce off the crab. I'm sure many do that too, don't judge me!

Claypot Crab Bee Hoon

I am drooling as I type this !!! Another must order dish! The soup was wonderful, I had slurp a few more bowls of it , i'm not really a fan in the noodle but for this , i actually ate a lot of noodles while eating with the soup , it's a PERFECT match !

Yam Paste

Price: Small ($18), Medium ($36)

What a better way to end the meal! The orh nee ( yam paste ) dessert is easy to do with simple ingredients, but to be able to let it taste delicious is of another level . Served warm and the thick texture and taste makes me tell myself that " I'll definitely be coming back again ! " Although , to me , it may tastes a bit too sweet .

Of course , here's are some dishes available at their stall and not all , if you're already drooling now , go try it out yourself right now ! The prices are quite reasonable for such good quality of food .
