Have you heard of the " pakistan school attack " ? It was such a sad news ! 

 

At least 132 students and nine staff members were killed on Tuesday when Taliban gunmen broke into a school in the Pakistani city of Peshawar and opened fire, witnesses said, in the bloodiest massacre the country has seen for years.

 

More than eight hours after militants slipped into the heavily guarded compound through a back entrance, the army declared the operation to flush them out over, and said that all nine insurgents had been killed.

 

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced three days of national mourning and described the attack as a "national tragedy unleashed by savages". "These were my children. This is my loss. This is the nation's loss," said Mr Sharif, who was later due to host a meeting of all parliamentary parties in Peshawar.

 

Funerals of many of the victims had taken place by Tuesday evening, with the rest to follow on Wednesday.

 

The Lady Reading Hospital was thronged with distraught parents weeping uncontrollably as children's bodies arrived, their school uniforms drenched in blood.

Ms Irshadah Bibi, 40, whose 12-year-old son was among the dead, beat her face in grief, throwing herself against an ambulance.

"O God, why did you snatch away my son? What is the sin of my child and all these children?" she wept.

 

 

☞ Isn't this piece of news saddening , i mean , losing you kids , loved ones , being killed when you did not do anything wrong . I just wished that they would stop killing innocent people , of course , i'm not living in their country , i may not know about the real situation but just hoping this will end , kids who died could rest in peace and their family members would not feel so sad anymore .
